Our clutch is a simple slipper only clutch so you don’t have to deal with the standard clutch wanting to engage while you are feeling for the ‘bite point’ on the start line. There is less vibration at the contact patch too, improving grip.
BMW have followed a similar strategy by replacing the ‘slipper gripper’ normally fitted to their S1000RR sports bikes with a conventional ‘slipper only’ clutch on their race M1000RR version. Our clutch also provides additional stability on track, improving corner entry performance and stability and combine that with more grip.
The clutch uses ZX6R springs and the standard ZX6R clutch pack. The clutch provides all the normal slipper clutch benefits with better over-rev protection and improved chassis stability going into corners.
