HealTech Exhaust Servo Eliminators
Shop our range of HealTech Exhaust Servo Eliminators (ESE), designed to allow the factory motorcycle exhaust servo motor and valve system to be removed without triggering unwanted FI warning lights or ECU fault codes.
Many modern motorcycles use an electronically controlled exhaust valve or EXUP system operated by a servo motor and cables. When fitting an aftermarket exhaust, full system or removing the original exhaust valve, disconnecting the factory servo motor can cause the ECU to detect a fault and illuminate the FI warning light.
The HealTech Exhaust Servo Eliminator electronically replaces the signal expected from the original servo motor, allowing the bulky factory servo, cables and associated components to be removed while keeping the ECU satisfied.
HealTech ESE modules are extremely compact and use model-specific Plug 'n Go connectors, requiring no cutting, soldering or permanent modification to the original motorcycle wiring. Simply disconnect the factory servo motor and connect the HealTech eliminator to the OEM connector.
Removing the original exhaust servo system can also help reduce weight and free up useful space, with HealTech stating that removal of the servo motor, cables and associated wiring can save up to approximately 1 kg depending on the motorcycle.
HealTech Exhaust Servo Eliminators are compatible with aftermarket slip-on exhausts, full exhaust systems and selected standard exhaust configurations, making them a practical solution for exhaust upgrades, race builds and motorcycles with a failed original exhaust servo system.
