How to Find Your DHL Reference Number
Your DHL reference number is not the same as your DHL tracking number.
You can find your DHL reference number in one of the following places:
- Order confirmation email from P3 Tuning Ltd
- Invoice or receipt attached to your order email
- Shipping confirmation email, usually listed as “Reference” or “Shipment Reference”
- On the DHL shipping label, shown separately from the barcode and tracking number

The DHL reference number is usually shorter and may contain letters and numbers.
The tracking number is longer and linked to parcel tracking — this is not the reference number we need.
If you are unable to locate your DHL reference number, please contact us with your order number, and we will assist.
The online returns form is ONLY for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied by P3 Tuning Ltd. Returns due to change of mind, incorrect item ordered by the customer, or items no longer required must be returned at the customer’s own cost.
