HealTech O2 Eliminators
Shop our range of HealTech O2 Eliminators (OSE), designed to allow the factory motorcycle oxygen sensor or lambda sensor to be disconnected without triggering an unwanted FI warning light or ECU fault code.
Modern motorcycles use O2 sensors in the exhaust system to monitor oxygen levels and allow the ECU to adjust the air/fuel ratio. When fitting an aftermarket exhaust, removing or replacing the catalytic converter, carrying out dyno tuning or disconnecting a faulty lambda sensor, simply unplugging the original sensor can cause the ECU to register a fault.
The HealTech Oxygen Sensor Eliminator electronically simulates the operation of the factory O2 sensor, allowing it to be disconnected while preventing the associated FI error code.
Designed as a true Plug 'n Go solution, HealTech OSE modules use motorcycle-specific OEM-style connectors, meaning there is no cutting, splicing or permanent modification to the original wiring harness.
HealTech also offers advanced OSE-E5 Euro 5 O2 Eliminators for selected newer motorcycles, providing solutions for modern ECU and oxygen sensor systems where a conventional eliminator cannot be used.
Compact, weatherproof and designed for model-specific fitment, HealTech O2 Eliminators are a popular solution for dyno tuning, aftermarket exhaust systems, catalyst removal and race motorcycle builds.
Browse our HealTech O2 Eliminator collection at P3 Tuning and find the correct oxygen sensor eliminator for your motorcycle.
For off-road and closed-course competition use where required by local regulations.
