HealTech STV Eliminators for Motorcycles

HealTech STV eliminators are designed to improve throttle response by removing restrictions caused by the factory secondary throttle valve system. Many modern motorcycles use secondary throttle valves, also known as STV systems, to control airflow for emissions, noise and rideability.
