1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days, unless otherwise stated in the relevant product description.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or UK public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing and shipment may be delayed. Where a significant delay is anticipated, we will notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.
2. Shipping Rates & Charges
Shipping charges are calculated automatically and displayed at checkout prior to payment.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Europe: approximately 3–7 working days

International: approximately 10–30 working days
Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or local disruptions.
P3 Tuning Ltd is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s), where available.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom:

P3 Tuning Ltd is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by destination countries

All such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer

These charges are non-refundable
If a shipment is delayed, returned, or refused due to unpaid customs charges:

Any costs incurred by P3 Tuning Ltd (including return shipping, customs fees, or handling charges) will be deducted from any applicable refund

Where costs exceed the order value, no refund will be issued
6. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
P3 Tuning Ltd is not liable for:

Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Failed deliveries where the customer is unavailable to receive the shipment
Any additional costs incurred to re-ship or recover a parcel will be charged to the customer or deducted from any refund.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
If your order is delayed or appears lost:

We will provide reasonable assistance where possible but cannot guarantee recovery or replacement
8. Damaged Shipments
P3 Tuning Ltd is not liable for products damaged during transit.
If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (photographs)
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect your ability to claim.
