AiM Taipan ECU (Unprogrammed)

Shop our AiM Taipan ECU (Unprogrammed) — the same high-performance 32-bit engine control unit as the programmed Taipan, supplied without a motorcycle-specific base map for tuners and workshops requiring a blank ECU for custom configuration.

The AiM Taipan ECU is a fully programmable engine management system developed for motocross, enduro and supermoto applications. Using AiM's SPARK software, the Taipan ECU provides access to advanced engine management features including fuel and ignition mapping, quickshifter control, launch control, traction control and additional sensor corrections. Up to five selectable engine maps can be managed on supported applications.

The unprogrammed unit offers additional analogue inputs and digital outputs for expansion, including external sensors, secondary injector control and additional devices. It is also designed to integrate with other AiM products including handlebar switches, data loggers and dashboard systems.

The unprogrammed Taipan ECU is suited to experienced tuners, race teams and workshops building custom engine management solutions where a pre-loaded base map is not required.
