Malaguti Arrow Performance Exhaust Systems

Arrow offers both complete exhaust components and replacement silencers for selected Malaguti applications, with dedicated options for two-stroke 50cc models and later four-stroke 125cc motorcycles.

Arrow Exhausts for Malaguti XTM 50 & XSM 50

The Malaguti XTM 50 and XSM 50 are supported with Arrow's All-Road 2T exhaust range.

For selected 2004 applications, Arrow offers an approved All-Road 2T exhaust together with a matching approved titanium silencer.

These systems are designed specifically around Malaguti's lightweight two-stroke platform and provide a performance-focused alternative to the original exhaust.

Arrow Exhausts for Malaguti XTM 125 & XSM 125

The later Malaguti XTM 125 4T and XSM 125 4T are supported with a wider selection of Arrow Thunder silencers.

Options include titanium, aluminium and aluminium Dark finishes, with both standard and carbon-style end-cap configurations available depending on the application.

Arrow also offers a dedicated racing collector for the 2019–2020 XTM / XSM 125 platform.

Malaguti XTM & XSM Catalytic Exhaust Options

For riders looking to retain a road-focused configuration, Arrow also offers a catalytic homologated collector for selected XTM 125 and XSM 125 models.

This allows the Arrow silencer to be paired with a compatible catalytic exhaust configuration while retaining model-specific fitment.

For racing collectors and freer-flowing exhaust configurations, correct fuelling and ECU calibration should always be considered on four-stroke models. On two-stroke applications, carburettor jetting and overall engine setup should also be checked after changing the exhaust.
