The material used is Ilmberger's new and innovative BDC (Black Diamond Carbon), which gives the part a completely new and individual touch. The surface of the BDC part is unique for each piece and reminiscent of marble. The BDC is laminated by hand at Ilmberger and hardened in several stages in the autoclave. The Material convinces not only with its exciting optics but also with its technical properties. The different fibers scatter the incoming light and create a hitherto unseen reflection.

The final Clear coat on this part is available in both high gloss and matt versions, which underlines the luxury sporty look of the part.

To optimally protect this high-quality material from environmental influences of any kind, we use, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, an specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces in combination with our clear coat. This creates a hitherto unmatched depth effect that particularly highlights the high-quality material.
