BMW R1300GS Adventure - (2024-2026) Akrapovic Titanium Crash Bar Kit

This product is constructed from sandblasted 25mm titanium tubes for lower weight and improved corrosion resistance. It is approximately 40% lighter than comparable stainless-steel versions, but it still offers the same high-strength mechanical properties. It weighs 2.8 kg, making it one of the lightest protection bar sets on the market for the BMW R1300GS / R1300GS Adventure. Developed to protect the motorbike s engine, the construction is partly fixed to the chassis to distribute any impact. It is designed to integrate with the bike s components and has been fully evaluated through numerous tests and deformation analyses. Precisely engineered with the Akrapovic attention to detail, this protection bar set has no restriction on the lean angle and it meets ABE type approval.

Carbon-fibre protection elements 2.5mm thick provide structural strength and give the end user the option to change these parts if they are damaged. It is precision TIG welded and equipped with laser-cut and finely machined 10mm flanges to provide a perfect fit and strength. The set is finished with an engraved Akrapovic logo, with the word Titanium prominently displayed to emphasise the use of this material. When fitted, the protection bar set offers the option to attach extra bags and fog lights or spotlights from BMW and other manufacturers to the bars.

This product fits the standard BMW R1300GS and Adventure model, it is also compatible with the BMW Option 719.
