KTM 1290 Super Adventure (2021-2024) Ilmberger Carbon Rear Hugger With Chain Guard

Bolted to the original attachment points, the rear fender made of carbon has proven itself in all situations. It protects the rider and motorcycle much better from the dirt coming from the rear wheel. The exposed chain guard is also lengthened in its construction compared to the original part. This means that unwanted stains - by a well-lubricated chain - on bike and rider are a thing of the past.


Not only technically, but also optically, the rear fender enhances the visual aesthetic of the bike and can be installed in just a few minutes. In order to obtain a harmonious overall picture, the fibre layers are inserted and aligned in the mold by experts. The carbon part fits perfectly with the surrounding shapes of the motorcycle. The more Ilmberger parts that are installed and combined, the more overwhelming the result.

Made exclusively in the latest, state-of-the-art manufacturing process out of carbon fibre prepreg weave in the autoclave. This procedure is also used to produce all of the high performance parts for the Moto GP and Formula 1 racing vehicles.

As with all Ilmberger carbon parts, it features a clear TUV certified coating, this not only improves the appearance, but also protects the carbon fibre from scratching and has a unique UV resistance (with the exception of Racing parts).
