PP Tuning Reverse Shift Kits

Also known as GP Shift Kits or Race Shift Kits, these conversions reverse the normal gear-change direction. This makes upshifts easier when riding at high lean angles, where pressing down on the gear lever can be more natural than trying to position your boot underneath it.

PP Tuning reverse shift kits are developed as model-specific solutions rather than universal conversions. Depending on the motorcycle, the kit may include a dedicated shift lever, linkage rod, mounting bracket, joints, spacers or other components required to achieve the correct race-shift geometry.

Many PP Tuning GP Shift Kits can be installed with the motorcycle's original OEM rearsets, allowing riders to convert to reverse shift without replacing the complete foot control assembly. Selected applications can also be used alongside PP Tuning adjustable rearsets, while some kits retain compatibility with the original motorcycle quickshifter.

Designed primarily for trackdays, racing and performance riding, GP shift is widely used on sport motorcycles because of the increased ease and consistency of upshifting when accelerating out of corners.
