PZ Racing Gear Indicators for KTM Motorcycles

Our range of PZ Racing Gear Indicators for KTM motorcycles provides a compact digital display of the gear currently selected, with applications available for selected KTM 690, 950 and 990 models.

For these KTM applications, PZ Racing uses its universal GearTronic GT3000 and GearTronic² GT400 systems rather than a dedicated GearTronic ZERO plug-and-play unit.

KTM PZ Racing Gear Indicator Applications

PZ Racing's current application data lists:

• KTM 690 – all listed models, 2008–2011

• KTM 950 – all listed models, 2005–2008

• KTM 990 Super Duke – 2007–2011

• KTM 990 – all listed models, 2007–2010

PZ Racing provides the required RPM, speed, power and ground connection information for each of these KTM applications.

GearTronic GT3000 & GT400

The PZ Racing GearTronic GT3000 is a universal digital gear indicator featuring a compact LCD display, integrated touch-screen setup, six selectable backlight colours and a black anodised aluminium housing.

For riders wanting additional functionality, the GearTronic² GT400 combines gear indication with an integrated adjustable shift-light system.

Both systems calculate the selected gear using the relationship between engine RPM and road speed, so correct installation and calibration are important for accurate operation.

KTM 690, 950 & 990 Applications

With compatibility covering selected 690, 950 and 990 models, the PZ Racing range provides a useful solution for earlier KTM motorcycles without a factory digital gear-position display.

At P3 Tuning, we specialise in motorcycle performance electronics and tuning, so we understand the importance of matching the correct gear indicator and wiring configuration to the exact motorcycle.
