ZX, Ninja & Z-Series PAIR Valve Removal

SmartMoto PAIR / AIS removal kits cover a wide selection of Kawasaki sports and naked motorcycles, including multiple generations of ZX-6R, ZX-10R, Ninja and Z-Series models.

The factory PAIR / secondary air injection system routes fresh air from the airbox into the exhaust system. SmartMoto kits are designed to allow this system to be removed using application-specific block-off plates and associated components.

Versys, KLX & Vulcan Applications

The range extends beyond Kawasaki sports bikes, with dedicated kits for selected Versys, KLX, KLR and Vulcan models, alongside motorcycles such as the GTR1400 Concours, W800 and KLV1000.

Fitment varies considerably between models, engine sizes and production years, so selecting the correct SmartMoto SAS / PAIR / AIS eliminator kit for the exact Kawasaki is important.

At P3 Tuning, we specialise in motorcycle performance electronics and tuning, so we understand the importance of correctly matching secondary air removal components to the motorcycle and intended setup.
