Our range of SmartMoto SAS / PAIR / AIS Eliminator Kits for KTM motorcycles provides a model-specific solution for removing the factory secondary air injection system from selected KTM models.

690, 990 & Super Duke SAS Removal

SmartMoto SAS eliminator kits are available across multiple generations of the KTM 690, 990 and Super Duke platforms.

The factory Secondary Air System (SAS) routes fresh air from the airbox into the exhaust system. SmartMoto removal kits are designed to allow this system to be removed using model-specific block-off plates and associated components.

Selected 690 applications are available as both complete block-off plate kits and SAS valve eliminator solutions depending on model and year.

Adventure, RC8 & Complete Clean-Up Kits

The wider range includes selected KTM 950, 990, 1050, 1090, 1190 and 1290 Adventure models alongside the 1190 RC8.

There are also dedicated complete clean-up kits for selected 1290 Super Duke R and GT models, combining SAS removal with additional emissions-system removal components for the specified application.

Fitment varies significantly between KTM generations, so selecting the correct SmartMoto kit for the exact model and production year is important.
