Aprilia Spark Performance Exhaust Systems

Spark's Aprilia range is focused heavily on performance applications, particularly the RS 660 and Tuono 660 platforms.

Depending on the model and year, the range includes:

• Full titanium racing exhaust systems

• GRID-O silencers

• KONIX EVO silencers

• FORCE EVO silencers

• TIG-welded titanium manifolds

• Titanium collectors

• Racing collectors for original or Spark silencers

Spark Exhausts for Aprilia RS 660

The Aprilia RS 660 has the strongest Spark coverage within the current Aprilia range.

Selected 2020–2023 models are supported with complete racing systems using titanium manifolds and TIG-welded titanium pipework.

Available configurations include GRID-O, KONIX EVO and FORCE EVO silencers, alongside a complete titanium system using a titanium collector, carbon-fibre cover and 400mm silencer.

These are substantial full-system upgrades rather than simple replacement end cans.

Spark Exhausts for Aprilia Tuono 660

The Aprilia Tuono 660 shares Spark's performance exhaust architecture with the RS 660 for selected 2021–2023 models.

Full titanium systems are available with GRID-O, KONIX EVO and FORCE EVO silencer configurations, giving Tuono owners several options depending on the intended road or track setup.

Spark Exhaust Components for Aprilia RSV4

Selected Aprilia RSV4 1000 RR and RF 2017–2020 models are supported with dedicated Spark racing collectors.

These collectors are designed to work with either the original silencer or compatible Spark slip-on configurations, allowing the collector section to be upgraded independently from the end can.

Spark Exhaust Components for Aprilia Tuono V4 1100

The Aprilia Tuono V4 1100 RR and Factory is also supported with Spark racing collectors for selected 2017–2020 applications.

As with the RSV4 setup, these collectors can form part of a more comprehensive exhaust upgrade while retaining either the original or a compatible Spark silencer.

Spark Exhaust for Aprilia Dorsoduro 750 & Shiver 750

Spark also supports selected earlier Aprilia V-twin platforms.

The Dorsoduro 750 2008–2014 and Shiver 750 2008–2012 are represented by a dedicated Spark collector, allowing the central exhaust section to be upgraded as part of the overall system.

Full Systems, Racing Collectors & ECU Setup

Many Spark Aprilia applications are full titanium systems or racing collectors that significantly alter exhaust flow.

Where a full system or race collector is installed, correct fuelling and ECU calibration should always be considered as part of the complete setup.
