Spark Exhausts for BMW S 1000 RR

The BMW S 1000 RR has one of the most extensive Spark ranges within the BMW collection.

Selected 2009–2014 models are supported with a compact MotoGP-style slip-on, while 2015–2018 applications include complete systems using titanium or stainless-steel collectors paired with FORCE, KONIX or MotoGP silencers.

For riders looking for the most comprehensive setup, Spark also offers a full titanium SBK-style system with KONIX silencer for selected 2015–2018 bikes.

Spark Exhausts for BMW S 1000 RR 2019–2024

The later S 1000 RR platform has an even broader selection of Spark components.

Available options include GRID-O, FORCE EVO and KONIX EVO silencers, stainless-steel and titanium collectors, complete stainless-steel systems and a full titanium system with GRID-O silencer.

This allows owners to choose between a straightforward silencer upgrade and a much more substantial full-system conversion.

Spark Exhausts for BMW M 1000 RR & M 1000 R

Selected BMW M 1000 RR and M 1000 R applications share Spark's modern S 1000 RR exhaust architecture.

Depending on the model and year, the range includes GRID-O, KONIX EVO and FORCE EVO silencers, stainless-steel or titanium collectors and complete performance exhaust systems.

For track-focused motorcycles, these offer a much more comprehensive option than a simple replacement end can.

Spark Exhaust for BMW S 1000 R

Selected BMW S 1000 R 2014–2016 models are supported with a Spark MotoGP-style slip-on exhaust.

The compact design provides a straightforward exhaust upgrade while retaining the original header and collector assembly.

Spark Exhaust for BMW R 1300 GS

The BMW R 1300 GS is supported with a dedicated FORCE EVO silencer for selected 2023-onwards applications.

The system includes a carbon-fibre end cap and dedicated connecting pipe and is designed around Euro 5 road use.

Spark Exhausts for BMW R 1200 GS & R 1200 GS Adventure

Selected BMW R 1200 GS and R 1200 GS Adventure 2010–2012 models are supported with a FORCE silencer and lateral mounting pipe.

This provides a model-specific Spark slip-on option for BMW's large-capacity adventure platform.

Spark Exhaust for BMW R 1200 R

The BMW R 1200 R is supported with a Spark slip-on system for selected 2011–2014 models.

This provides a straightforward silencer upgrade without replacing the complete original exhaust system.

Spark Exhaust for BMW R 1250 RT

Selected BMW R 1250 RT 2021–2023 models are supported with a dedicated Euro 5 homologated Spark slip-on.

The system is designed specifically around the RT's touring platform, offering a premium model-specific alternative to the standard silencer.

Spark Exhaust Components for BMW R 1150 GS

Spark also supports selected earlier BMW Boxer models.

The R 1150 GS, together with related R 1150 applications, is represented by a dedicated Spark collector for selected 1999–2006 motorcycles, allowing the central exhaust section to be upgraded as part of a wider setup.

Full Systems, Collectors & ECU Setup

Where a Spark BMW system replaces the complete exhaust, removes original catalytic components or substantially changes exhaust flow, correct fuelling and ECU calibration should always be considered as part of the complete setup.
