Spark Exhausts for Honda CBR1000RR

The Honda CBR1000RR is supported with complete Spark racing systems for selected 2017–2019 models.

Available configurations include stainless-steel headers and collectors paired with either a 350mm FORCE silencer or KONIX silencer, providing a complete performance exhaust upgrade rather than a conventional slip-on.

Spark Exhausts for Honda CBR1000RR-R

For selected 2020–2023 Honda CBR1000RR-R models, Spark offers several high-specification performance exhaust options.

The range includes a stainless-steel racing full system with FORCE EVO silencer, a full titanium system with GRID-O silencer, and a dedicated 400mm FORCE silencer configuration.

These systems are aimed firmly at the performance and track-focused side of the Fireblade platform.

Spark Exhausts for Honda CB650R & CBR650R

The Honda CB650R and CBR650R are supported with complete Spark exhaust systems for selected 2021–2025 applications.

Options include a high-mounted Euro 5 configuration using stainless-steel manifolds, catalyst and titanium silencer, alongside a complete system using a stainless-steel manifold with GRID-O silencer.

These are comprehensive exhaust upgrades that replace significantly more of the original system than a simple end can.

Spark Exhausts for Honda Africa Twin CRF1100L

For the Honda Africa Twin CRF1100L, Spark offers a dedicated exhaust collector for selected 2020–2023 Euro 4 and Euro 5 models.

This is an exhaust component rather than a complete silencer system, designed for riders upgrading the collector section as part of a wider exhaust setup.

Spark Exhausts for Honda XL750 Transalp

The Honda XL750 Transalp is supported with a homologated FORCE EVO silencer for selected 2023–2024 models.

The system uses a stainless-steel connecting pipe with standard-position mounting, providing a premium Spark silencer upgrade for Honda's middleweight adventure platform.

Spark Exhaust for Honda Crosstourer 1200

Selected Honda Crosstourer 1200 2012–2020 models are supported with a FORCE silencer and stainless-steel lateral mounting pipe.

This is a more straightforward silencer upgrade than the full racing systems found elsewhere in the Honda range.

For later Euro 4 models, homologation documentation should be checked for the specific application before ordering.

Spark Exhaust for Honda Gold Wing 1800

The Honda Gold Wing 1800 is also represented within the Spark Honda range with a dedicated slip-on application for selected 2013–2017 models.

This provides a model-specific Spark alternative while retaining the touring-focused character of the Gold Wing.

Spark Exhausts for Honda CRF250

Spark's Honda range extends strongly into off-road applications.

Selected CRF250 models from 2011–2019 are supported with complete off-road exhaust systems using stainless-steel collectors, with configurations including lateral silencers and twin underseat silencers depending on model year.

Spark Exhausts for Honda CRF450

The Honda CRF450 is supported with complete off-road Spark systems across selected 2011–2016 applications.

These systems use stainless-steel headers or collectors with twin underseat silencers, providing a complete motocross-focused exhaust solution.

Full Systems, Racing Exhausts & ECU Setup

Where a Spark Honda system replaces the complete exhaust, removes original emissions components or substantially changes exhaust flow, correct fuelling and ECU calibration should always be considered as part of the complete setup.
