Spark Exhausts for KTM Duke 125 & Duke 200

Selected KTM Duke 125 2011–2016 and Duke 200 2012–2016 models are supported with a Spark 3/4 exhaust kit featuring a low-mounted GP Style silencer.

This compact configuration provides a more performance-focused alternative to the original system while retaining model-specific fitment.

Spark Exhausts for KTM Duke 790 & Duke 890

The KTM 790 Duke and 890 Duke are supported with one of the most distinctive Spark exhaust configurations in the range.

Selected models from 2018–2024 are available with a pair of compact 175mm GRID-O silencers, positioned under the seat using a dedicated 1-2 high-mount connecting pipe.

The twin underseat arrangement gives the Duke a considerably different appearance from a conventional single side-mounted silencer.

Spark Exhausts for KTM 1290 Super Duke R & 1390 Super Duke R

Spark offers several exhaust configurations for the KTM 1290 Super Duke R/R EVO and 1390 Super Duke R/R EVO.

Selected 1290 Super Duke R models from 2020–2024 and 1390 Super Duke R applications from 2024 are available with a lateral-mounted GRID-O silencer and dedicated connecting pipe.

A homologated high-mount option is also available using twin GRID-O underseat silencers, providing a much more distinctive rear-end exhaust layout.

Spark Exhausts for KTM 1290 Super Duke GT

The KTM 1290 Super Duke GT is supported with a FORCE EVO silencer for selected 2020–2024 applications.

This Euro 5 approved exhaust provides a premium Spark silencer upgrade while retaining the sport-touring character of the Super Duke GT.

Spark De-Cat Link Pipe for KTM 1290 Super Duke

Selected 2014–2016 KTM 1290 Super Duke models are also supported with a dedicated Spark catalyst-elimination link pipe.

This is an exhaust component rather than a complete system and is intended for applications where removal of the original catalytic section forms part of the overall exhaust setup.

Spark Exhausts for KTM 350 SX-F

Spark's KTM range also extends into off-road competition motorcycles.

The KTM 350 SX-F is supported with a complete off-road exhaust system for selected 2016–2017 models, combining a stainless-steel collector with a lateral-mounted silencer.

Spark Exhausts for KTM 450 EXC-F

The KTM 450 EXC-F is supported with a complete Spark system for selected 2017 applications.

The system uses a stainless-steel collector and dedicated lateral silencer, providing a complete replacement exhaust for the enduro platform.

De-Cat Systems, Racing Exhausts & ECU Setup

Where a Spark KTM system removes the catalyst, replaces a substantial part of the original exhaust or is intended for racing use, correct fuelling and ECU calibration should always be considered as part of the complete setup.
