Spark Exhausts for Suzuki GSX-R1000

The Suzuki GSX-R1000 is supported with a dedicated Spark racing full system for selected 2017–2022 models.

Designed for motorcycles retaining the original fairings, the system combines a stainless-steel manifold with a FORCE silencer, providing a complete exhaust replacement rather than a simple end-can upgrade.

Spark Exhausts for Suzuki GSX-8S & GSX-8R

Spark offers a dedicated full racing exhaust system for the Suzuki GSX-8S and GSX-8R from selected 2024-onward applications.

The system uses a stainless-steel manifold and dedicated Spark silencer, giving Suzuki's latest middleweight platform a complete performance-oriented exhaust setup.

Spark Exhaust for Suzuki GSR750

The Suzuki GSR750 is supported with a GP Style silencer for selected 2011–2016 models.

Unlike the full systems elsewhere in the range, this is a more straightforward slip-on exhaust upgrade, giving the GSR750 a compact Spark exhaust design without replacing the complete manifold assembly.

Spark Exhausts for Suzuki RM-Z250

For off-road applications, Spark offers a complete exhaust system for the Suzuki RM-Z250 covering selected 2016–2017 models.

The system combines a stainless-steel manifold and silencer, providing a complete replacement exhaust for the motocross platform.

Spark Exhausts for Suzuki RM-Z450

The Suzuki RM-Z450 is also supported with a full Spark exhaust system for selected 2016–2017 models.

As with the RM-Z250 system, it uses a stainless-steel manifold and dedicated silencer, giving the RM-Z450 a complete performance exhaust solution.

Full Systems & ECU Setup

Where a full racing system significantly changes exhaust flow or removes original emissions components, correct fuelling and ECU calibration should always be considered as part of the complete setup.
