Without additional screws, the carbon swingarm cover protects everything underneath. Thanks to the depth effect of carbon, the swing arm cover looks much more intense than the rough cast surface of the swing arm.
Installed in just a few minutes, the value of the motorcycle is increased enormously. In order to obtain a harmonious overall picture, the fibre layers are inserted and aligned in the mold by experts. The carbon part fits perfectly into the surrounding shapes of the motorcycle. Ilmberger carbon parts are made exclusively in the latest, state-of-the-art manufacturing process out of carbon fibre prepreg weave in the autoclave. This procedure is also used to produce all of the high performance parts for the Moto GP and Formula 1 racing vehicles.

As with all Ilmberger carbon parts, it features a clear TUV certified coating, this not only improves the appearance, but also protects the carbon fibre from scratching and has a unique UV resistance (with the exception of Racing parts).
