While the canonical measurements—chainstay wheelbase and steerer tube offset—remain unchanged, this new version achieves a remarkable weight reduction: from 526 grams in the standard triple clamp to just 478 grams.

Despite its lighter construction, the plate maintains exceptional rigidity under braking. The introduction of through-pockets provides progressive torsional flexibility, improving steering precision and corner entry—key characteristics for riders aiming to push the R6 600 to its full potential. The result is enhanced front-end feedback and overall confidence on the bike.

This release also features two newly designed ribs, engineered to preserve the plate’s torsional strength while further reducing weight.

As with the previous version, the front-mounted vernier scale on the handlebar clamps remains—a hallmark of Melotti Racing’s innovation. This practical feature provides an exact reference for handlebar positioning, making it easy to restore the preferred riding setup after any front-end disassembly or maintenance.

The triple clamp is available in anodized black and comes complete with stainless steel Pro-Bolt screws featuring truncated conical heads—the same fasteners supplied to many MotoGP and WorldSBK teams.

This version is designed exclusively for racing use and does not accommodate the original ignition lock. For those requiring this feature, a dedicated road version is also available.
